Lena Salim is the Founder of Goldene AI, with nearly two decades of international leadership experience delivering large-scale technology and transformation programs across the United States, Singapore, New Zealand, and Indonesia. Her career spans complex environments including global banks, telecommunications companies, and government ministries, where execution precision, governance, and scale are non-negotiable.
Lena is triple-certified with PMP®, PRINCE2®, PSM® credentials—globally recognised standards that underpin her reputation for disciplined delivery and executive-grade operational leadership. She has built and led PMOs to Big Four consulting standards, improved enterprise delivery maturity, and driven measurable outcomes across multi-country portfolios valued in the tens of millions.
Academically, Lena is a top 15% graduate of Australia’s leading academic unit and a recipient of the prestigious Endeavour Asia Award (EAA) scholarship from the Australian Government. She also won a Java Programming Olympiad, reflecting a rare combination of strong technical foundations and strategic leadership.
